Here is a much-belated rules topic, put together from observations for over half a year. Do your best to follow them please

Rule #1 - Respect

Treat your fellow forum members nicely and with courtesy. Because of Code Lyoko's widespread popularity, members of this forum come from a variety of cultures, backgrounds, faiths, and perspectives. Code Lyoko's target demographic also brings in members with varying amounts of maturity and life experience. It can be hard sometimes, but please be aware of this when responding to posts and PMs.

If you run into a personal issue with another member, please work it out via PM or off the forum so that other people don't get involved and normal discussion isn't interrupted.

If you feel you are being harassed or threatened, please inform a moderator immediately!


Rule #2 - Spamming

You can promote your site, forum, or any of your works through your forum signature, profile, and in community topics created for that sole purpose. Do not post them excessively or in unrelated threads.


Rule #3 - Content

Do not, under any circumstances, post content(text, images, videos, etc) that contain any of the following:

1. personal information of people other than yourself
2. heavy swearing
3. racism
4. sexism
5. obscenity or vulgarity
6. otherwise hateful or discriminatory material
7. copyrighted material which you are not authorized to distribute
8. instructions on performing illegal activities
9. any other material in violation of local or international laws

Please report any user, post, or PM you feel violates the rules. Only moderators can see reports and who made them. Moderators will never reveal who made a report.
